MANOJ KUMAR GARODIA
The key person of our firm is Mr. Manoj Kumar Garodia, Proprietor, a well known qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost and Works Accountant, Company Secretary and Graduate in Commerce (Hons.). Besides these qualification, he also holds Diploma in Information System Audit.

Mr. Garodia has meritorious academic performances and ranked 41st (All India) in CA (Final), 9th (All India) in CS (Inter) and 5th (All India) in ICWA (Final). He is also a "Insolvency Professional".

Manoj Kumar Garodia has vast experience in consultancy of direct taxes, NBFCs, Audits and handling corporate affairs in different areas.

Mr. Garodia also served as Retainer-Executive in a large conglomerate of Rs. 20000 Crore from 1994 to 2001 and Directly reported to Chairperson for their various Companies, Schools and Industrial units.

JITENDRA AGARWAL

He is a Fellow Chartered Accountants and a Company Secretary having exposure in managing various aspects of Accounts & Finance, Auditing, Taxation, Corporate Law Compliance etc. He is a Professional Consultant, Financial Advisor / Wealth Manager (AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor) Mentor and a Motivational Trainer. He is the Founder of MACS.

He has more than 10 years of post-qualification work experience and is proficient in managing & conducting Statutory Audit, Concurrent Audit, Bank Audit, System Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Fund Monitoring and Corporate Law Compliance. He has been engaged in the Internal and Statutory Audits of sectors such as FMCG, Oil and Gas Exploration, Banking, NBFC, Manufacturing, Footwear & Infrastructure. He understands the needs of clients’ business and thereby provide them with the systematic solutions.

?He is lifetime member of Direct Tax Professional Association (DTPA), B.B.D. Bag Professional Association, VIP Road Chartered Accountants Association and All India Federation of Tax Practitioners (AIFTPA). He attends various seminars of Professional Updates organized by ICAI and other professional bodies to keep himself updated with the latest trends. He loves to meet people and make new friends, thereby enhancing his circle through public relation and networking.

He is also engaged in Stock Broking and Advisory services since 2006. He provides Trading, Investment Advisory to their Clients and provide training on Basic to Advance Stock Market Course and motivational sessions. He is Business Affiliate of IIFL Securities Limited and JM Financial Services Limited. Earlier, he was a SEBI registered sub-broker of Religare Securities Limited and Business Affiliate of Nirmal Bang Securities Private Limited.
