The key person of our firm is Mr. Manoj Kumar Garodia, Proprietor, a well known qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost and Works Accountant, Company Secretary and Graduate in Commerce (Hons.). Besides these qualification, he also holds Diploma in Information System Audit.

Mr. Garodia has meritorious academic performances and ranked 41st (All India) in CA (Final), 9th (All India) in CS (Inter) and 5th (All India) in ICWA (Final).He is also a "Insolvency Professional".

Manoj Kumar Garodia has vast experience in consultancy of direct taxes, NBFCs, Audits and handling corporate affairs in different areas.

Mr. Garodia also served as Retainer-Executive in a large conglomerate of Rs. 20000 Crore from 1994 to 2001 and Directly reported to Chairperson for their various Companies, Schools and Industrial units.

He is a Fellow Chartered Accountants and a Company Secretary. He is proficient in managing & conducting Statutory Audit, Concurrent Audit, Bank Audit, System Audit, Internal Audit,Tax Audit, Fund Monitoring and Corporate Law Compliance. He understands the needs of clients’ business and thereby provide them with the systematic solutions.

He has keen interest in doing something unique and revolutionary. He is determined what he has to do. He has started his career at the position of Accounts Manager with M/s. M. Garodia & Co., Chartered Accountants, where he has gained his initial exposure in Accounting and Taxation. Later on, he has undergone through his Articleship training of 3 years withM/s. Kejriwal & Co., Chartered Accountants, where he has gained exposure in various fields viz. Auditing, Accounting & Finance, Taxation, Secretarial Compliance etc. This training has strengthened his base and boost up his confidence to undertake challenges. After qualifying his Chartered Accountancy examination, he has started his own practice in the trade name of M/s. Jitendra S Agarwal & Associates, Chartered Accountants. His curiosity of learning and enhancement of exposure has taken him to M/s. Lodha & Co., Chartered Accountants, having head office at Kolkata, where he has gained exposure in dealing with big listed company clients. He is lifetime member of Direct Tax Professional Association (DTPA) and All India Federation of Tax Practitioners (AIFTPA). He attends various seminars of Professional Updates organized by ICAI and other professional bodies to keep himself updated with the latest trends. He loves to meet people and make new friends, thereby enhancing his circle through public relation and networking.
